Project 5 Progress

This image is a representation of the distance between my girlfriend and I, being in Charlotte and Boone. So far this is a really rough draft, with just the general format of the composition and the idea of the link between us. I intend to clean it up a lot and make better use of the whole frame.

Sequential Narrative Inspiration

When I think visual narrative, my first thought is film which captures change over time. By splitting each frame into it’s own image, a large amount of change can be displayed all at the same time. I would like to take pictures of an environment at different times of the day to show how the space changes to adapt to time and how people change their movement patterns over time. I would like to explore the possibility of overlaying images printed on a clear medium to separate the changes in time.
